The venue for the event is at the ARC Club House at Wilsham Road.

Trailer parking will be at the Rugby club (700m from the ARC clubhouse). Hence boats from the trailer will be racked at the ARC, Army club and Abingdon Sailing club, with trailers delivery and pick-up.
